Loveheart

A cardiovascular care package designed to support women aged 50 - 65 in improving their cardiovascular health. Created in response to the RSA 2022 Student Design Awards 'Healthy Hearts' brief, the package contains an information booklet, activity cards, recipe book and habit trackers.
